 We don’t accept refunds once the reservation is complete.
– If you need to change the time of the game, please tell us at least 24 hours before the session.
– At the end of the game, you will pay the rest of the price by cash (except gift vouchers).

Age guidelines

· Age 0-7: Free entry, but they count as a group member (up to the maximum of 6 participants)
· Age 8-9: Entry fee applies; must be in a group with a majority of adults (18+)
· Age 10-14: Can play independently with the game master or as a minority in a group with adults
· Age 15+: Considered a standard player in an adult group
